February 2 - Epiphany - Jesus Christ was presented this day in the temple. May we be presented to You with clean and pure hearts.
February 9 Epiphany - God asks, “Who will go for us?” We respond, “Here I am Lord!”
February 16- Epiphany - Blessed are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God. Luke 6 v20
February 23- Epiphany - Lord Jesus, make us instruments of your peace, that where there is hatred, we may sow love. Amen!
March 2- Transfiguration Today we celebrate the transfiguration of Jesus Christ. May our lives reflect Jesus' glory to the world.
March 5- Ash Wednesday Join us for at 12:00 noon for prayers and meditation.
*Ash service will be held 7:00pm as we begin our 40 day journey toward Easter*
March 9- Lent Return to the Lord, your God, for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger and a bounding steadfast love.
March 16- Lent The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom then shall I fear.
March 23- Lent Help us to hear God’s word, obey it, and bring His saving love into our lives.
March 30- Lent Today’s lesson is the parable of the prodigal son. We rejoice that our transgressions are forgiven.
April 6- Lent The Lord has done great things for us let us rejoice and praise his name.
April 13- Palm Sunday With a procession of palms we cheer Christ's triumphful entry and follow him to the cross with both grief and thanksgiving.
April 17- Maundy Thursday Service at 7:00PM. Please join us. As we break the bread, we remember our Lord's sacrifice.
April 18- Good Friday Join us for a tenebrae service at 7:00. Were you there when they nailed Him on the tree?
April 20- Easter Dawn & Breakfast As the sun rises over the water, we will celebrate the resurrection at 6:45AM at the end of Bougie Road. Breakfast following the service at Lord of the Seas Church. Bring a breakfast treat to share.
April 20- Easter Celebration Celebrate the resurrection at the 10:00 service. Christ is risen! He is risen indeed!!
